Customer Success and Implementation Officer
Are you a passionate, empathetic and natural problem solver with an interest in the government and not for profit sectors? Tactiv has an excited job opportunity for a Customer Success and Implementation Officer in Wellington, New Zealand. We are looking for an independent, approachable and skilled communicator to support our customers with the implementation and use of our software – Enquire. Part of your role will be analysis and configuration of our software, supporting our customers and contributing to the development of customer support materials. Desired skills are experience with ticketing systems, a background in cloud-based software and experience in ICT support.

Driven BDM Lead Generation Specialist responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads, responding to in-bound warm leads and supporting turn key clients through the buying process.

Project Managers
Skilled in the management and delivery of projects, experience managing and informing a number of stakeholders.

Business Analysts
Skilled in process modelling and analysis of business needs and translation to requirements; design of solutions to support process analysis and requirements.

Solutions Architects
Expertise in software features, functionalities, architecture platforms, methods and techniques; experience conducting technical and quality review of configurations.

Java Developers
Experience with Java 7 or 8, Spring Framework and Spring Boot, SQL and database design. OO design skills, unit testing, integration testing and refactoring skills.

Test Analysts
Experience developing test cases and conducting unit and system tests; management and status reporting skills.

Test Managers
Expertise in test tools and methods, experience in setting and documenting test strategies and test plans.

Client Support and Communications
Experience in ICT support, ticketing systems and cloud-based software; communication and interpersonal skills; analytical problem solving skills.
